Metra - Washington Heights
| Soodan & Associates, Inc. provided Phase II civil engineering design services and prepared construction documents for a surface commuter parking lot at the existing Washington Heights/103rd Street Metra Station. Improvements to the 2.7-acre site include a 260-space asphalt surface parking lot with concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, wood and metal fencing, new storm sewers, landscaping, lighting, fee collection system, pavement marking and signage. Soodan coordinated work with survey, landscape and electrical subconsultants as well as public and private utility companies. |
