Condell Medical Office Building

Soodan & Associates, Inc. provided structural engineering services for a new three-story medical office building in Gurnee, Illinois for Condell Medical Center. The structure is a 29,000 SF steel frame building with a full basement. There is also a full-height glass entrance canopy. As part of the Pratt Design Studio team, Soodan & Associates, Inc. was responsible for preparation of conceptual design schemes, cost estimates, complete contract documents, review of shop drawings and field observation reports.
