• CPBL1: Traction Power Substations
• CPBL2: Five miles of Elevated Structure and six stations including track work, traction power distribution and contract rail heaters
• CPBL3: Ballasted Section, including two stations, Belt RR Bridge, Vehicle Storage Yard, Car Washer, Transportation Facility, Switchman’s Facility and Track and Signal Maintenance Facility
• CPBL4: Train Control/Communications

The scope of services includes the following:

• Planning, schedule control, budget control, program monitoring/reporting, contract, and system/program management.
• Construction management of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous systems for the project.
