Soodan provided architectural, structural engineering, civil engineering, and construction administration services for the Illinois Maximum Security Correctional Center. The project included the construction of three new buildings and a stormwater detention and drainage system.

Soodan provided architectural and engineering services as a design team member for Metra’s commuter line 8.5-mile extension from Geneva to Elburn. Soodan also prepared construction documents, 3-Dimensional renderings, cost estimation and shop drawing reviews.

Soodan provided architectural and engineering services for the Cook County Building Façade Renovation project. Soodan’s scope of services included condition assessment, development of a renovation program, preparation of design documents and construction phase services.

Soodan & Associates, Inc. was selected to provide professional A/E services in connection with the Critical Examination of the exterior of five building facades for the University’s Chicago campus. Soodan prepared a Critical Examination Report for each building that identifies the unsafe and hazardous conditions with recommendations for required temporary stabilization work. Soodan also developed a scope of work for long-term repairs and an opinion of probable construction cost for rehabilitation.

Soodan was selected by Metra to provide architectural/engineering design services for the renovation of Metra’s elevated Jefferson Park Commuter Station and to provide design services to comply with the American Disability Act requirements.
